Gingrich earlier admitted he had violated House rules and was prepared to accept the committee’s recommendation for punishment.

Cole also said that while the committee had not reached a conclusion about whether Gingrich had violated tax laws, that matter will be left to the Internal Revenue Service. The committee plans to make available its files to the IRS.

In addition, the panel has not yet resolved complaints that Gingrich received improper gifts, contributions and support from GOPAC, a political action committee he once headed. [meaning several of those 84 ethics violations were never fully investigated due to time issues]

As a result of those negotiations, completed on Dec. 20, the three counts were combined into a single count of engaging “in conduct that did not reflect creditably on the House of Representatives.” In return, Gingrich agreed to admit to the violations, and face a reprimand and the financial penalty.

My favorite portion of Newt Gingrich trying to ignore and/or dismiss the 84 ethics charges filed against him from when he was Speaker of the House in the 90’s is laughable at best. What is even better is Newt’s deception of the $300,000 fine he received for the Ethics Violation that he did stick.

196 Republicans along with Democrats voted in favor of the House Ethics Violation he was found guilty of.

The House Ethics committee voted in the affirmative for the HOUSE ETHICS Tax Violation that Newt received and note that they were not sure if Newt had broken any IRS laws in the process of his violating the House Ethics rules, therefore they would leave that portion to the IRS to determine. In the mean time, the House Ethics Committee DID in fact find him guilty of violating HOUSE ETHICS RULES that he, Newt was responsible for upholding while he, Newt was speaker of the House.

Simplified: Newt is still guilty of violating House Ethics Rules even though the IRS found that he did not violate their laws at the time.

I want to address the #1 issue that bothers me the most – Newt’s failure to pay child support and alimony to his first ex wife.

In 1980, Newt began a relationship with a woman he met at a political fundraiser, Marianne. Newt divorced Jackie in February of 1981 and married Marianne in August. Congressman Gingrich was accused of negotiating divorce details while his wife was recovering from surgery, and then refusing to pay child support and alimony to speed up the divorce process.

Newt is trying super hard to dismiss his 84 ethics violations- it isn’t working. Newt is trying to explain that his big win in South Carolina means that Americans do not care about his past – not likely. So, let’s dive in to Newt’s ethics violations and other criminal issues:

You can say this was a long time ago. You can even say Gingrich wasn’t guilty of everything he was charged with. But what you can’t say is that Gingrich learned his lesson, accepted blame and is a changed man. Yesterday’s denial of the facts shows that he’s learned nothing, accepted nothing and has not changed his propensity to bend the facts to avoid responsibility for his actions.

In the early 90′s, Newt wrote Hot Checks – 22 of them to be exact, one for over $9,400. I mean seriously? While Newt was busy chasing down Democrats with ethics violations, he was violating them himself.

While Newt was bouncing 22 checks, he was also demanding pay raises for Congressional Leaders while being driven around in a LIMO!!!

Second, if you think you know all the scandals, all the ethics charges and all the embarrassing aspects of Gingrich’s past, you are kidding yourself. There is no guarantee that next week or next month, or in the fall if he is the nominee, that there aren’t other ethics, sex or political skeletons hanging in his closet. (Yeah, I picture a giant walk-in one.) Santorum said Republicans would spend every day worrying about the next shoe to drop if Gingrich were the nominee.

Even members of Gingrich’s own party have expressed concerns about his shady past. New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, who has endorsed Romney, called Gingrich an “embarrassment” to the Republican Party. “We all know the record,” Christie said Sunday on Meet the Press. “I mean he was run out of the speakership by his own party.”

GOP candidate Rick Santorum, who came in third place in Saturday’s primary, called Gingrich a “high-risk candidate” and “erratic conservative” Sunday on ABC’s This Week.

Yes, you read the title correctly. And so says Governor Chris Christie that Newt has embarrassed the GOP.  Newt is great at attacking the media, but that about sums up what Newt has to offer the GOP and the US.

On Sunday’s “Meet the Press” on NBC, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said that Former Speaker of House Newt Gingrich “has embarrassed the party over time,” and that “we don’t need another legislature in the Oval Office.”

But that led “Meet the Press” moderator David Gregory to ask his guest if Gingrich’s past performance might be repeated:

GREGORY: Do you think Newt Gingrich will embarrass the party?
CHRISTIE: I think Newt Gingrich has embarrassed the party over time. Whether he’ll do again in the future, I don’t know. But Gov. Romney never has.
GREGORY: You say he has embarrassed the party. How, and where do you worry he might do it again, that makes him unelectable?
CHRISTIE: David, we all know the record. I mean, he was run out of the speakership of his own party. He was fined $300,000 for ethics violations. This is a guy that has had a very difficult political career at times and it has been an embarrassment to the party. You remember those times because you were here. So the fact of the matter is, I don’t need to regale the country with that entire list again, except to say this — I am not saying he will do it again in the future, but sometimes the past is prologue.

Brit Hume took it even a step further Saturday Night and pointed out the OBVIOUS, to which I agree:

“Believe me, Republicans in Congress will be terrified to run with this man for fear they will lose the House and Senate,” Hume said. “They will begin to do what they can to try to defeat him because they fear he can’t win the election and, moreover, he may drag many of them down to defeat with him. He has a lot of work to do to change their minds. I’m not sure he can.”

“And they’ll be more to the case to be made against Newt Gingrich as a possible nominee by Republican officeholders —especially those in the House and the Senate across the country — and here’s why,” he said.  “From the latest Fox New/Opinion Dynamics poll — these numbers will change as they do from time to time — this is favorability versus unfavorability: Mitt Romney, 45 [percent] favorable, 38 [percent] unfavorable; Ron Paul 35 [percent] favorable, 40 [percent] unfavorable; Rick Santorum, 31 [percent] favorable, 34 [percent] unfavorable; Newt Gingrich 27 percent favorable, 56 percent unfavorable.”

I truly feel the GOP is OWED every piece of documentation available on Newt Gingrich, and we want it NOW, not next month, not in April, not in September – we want all documents NOW!

Look, I personally do not care if Newt had only 1 wife or 3 wives with 2 divorces; the fact he is running around claiming to be the only true conservative is a JOKE and does nothing more than espouse his epic HYPOCRISY!!!

Geee- think Obama will use this against him in the General Election if he becomes the GOP nominee? Of course Obama will!!!!

As Newt Gingrich went to defend Partial Birth Abortion on January 16, 1998, he effectively stated that he would NOT allow the defunding of GOP candidates who support partial birth abortions and that there is plenty of room in the Republican Party for Pro Choice Republicans.

This is NOT about whether or not you support abortions, this is again about the SERIAL HYPOCRISY of Newt Gingrich and the disgusting nature that he some how can call himself a CONSERVATIVE while he advocated for those who vote in favor of PARTIAL BIRTH abortions.

In case some are lost, this is where the mother is more than 4 months along and the doctor must partially delivery the baby but before the baby is fully born, the doctor takes scissors or a scalple and jabs it into the back of the babys head in order to kill the baby before the baby takes its first breath.

Dear Newt,

At this time, all GOP voters are requesting that YOU release EVERY single piece of paper, taped conversations and video footage from your 1990′s 84 ethics violations. We do not need a surprise come September 2012 because you refused to release ALL paperwork so that we, the GOP voters can vote properly!

Do you really believe OBAMA does not already have access to ALL documents? Of course he does as we are sure that either as the President he acquired them or they were some how “accidentally” given to him.

Either way, the GOP VOTERS have a right to know NOW what is in those documents- NOW, not tomorrow!

“Given Speaker Gingrich’s newfound interest in disclosure and transparency, and his concern about an ‘October surprise,’ he should authorize the release of the complete record of the ethics proceedings against him,” Gail Gitcho said.

“We know from Newt’s own statements that he turned over a million pages of documents. Nancy Pelosi, who sat on the ethics committee, said that this information contains damaging information. Nancy Pelosi is gleeful over the information she has on Speaker Gingrich, and Speaker Gingrich is concerned enough to threaten her with a rules violation. If Nancy Pelosi has this information, Barack Obama has this information.”

We should all be worried as Newt does not simply have skeletons in his closet, No Newt has an entire graveyard in his closet!!!!

UPDATE January 23, 2011: Newt managed to release only his 2006 information as it pertains to Freddie Mac. The document that he released is extremely vague (shocking) and shows that while he housing market was crashing under Freddie and Fannie, Newt was being paid $25,000 per month from Freddie Mac.

In the famous words of Newt Gingrich – those of us in the GOP would like for Newt to release his contract with Fannie & Freddie where he was paid $1.6 million; and we are asking that he release it before April 2012. “We do not need any surprises in September 2012″ from the Obama campaign and his media lackeys!!!

Fannie and Freddie have already stated that they have zero issues with the contract between them and Newt to be released; so what are you hiding Newt?

The GOP voters have a right to know – NOW, not next month or in April 2012!

Per Newt’s own statements in 2008 – EVERYONE who profited from Fannie and Freddie should pay the cost for them failing – does this include Newt since he profited from them to the tune of $1.6 MILLION????

The media, which  have already been attacking Newt on his 84 Ethics Violations will NEVER let up as long as Newt is running for the Presidency; they may let up in the GOP primary because they may feel Obama can beat Newt with all of his baggage, but MARK MY WORDS – IF Newt becomes the nominee – there are ” NO HOLDS BARRED” and his past will surely come back to haunt him.

Anderson Cooper 360 where Anderson explains, clarifies and contradicts Newt Gingrich’s claims about his ethics violations, while he (Gingrich) was Speaker of the House of Representatives. Cooper clearly contradicts Newt’s explanation of the circumstances surrounding the sanctions (a reprimand and $300,000 fine) that eventually forced him to resign the speakership and from the House itself.

And does ANYONE doubt that George Soros and MSDNC + Media Matters + NYTIMES + CBS + ABC + NBC —- do you really believe any of those media outlets will let go his Ethics Violations ???????

H.RES.31 = the House Bill that voted in favor of the Ethics Violation against Newt Gingrich. The vote was  395-28, which is effectively 196 Republicans who voted with the Democrats on how unethical Newt Gingrich’s behavior was.

Keep in mind that Newt will claim that the IRS obsolved him of the tax issue, while this is true it does NOT negate the FACT that Newt was fined $300,000 for the same HOUSE ETHICS that he was supposed to uphold. The IRS has nothing to do with the ETHICS VIOLATIONS, just like the violations that were sidelined because “Newt was no longer engaging in said unethical behavior” …… shocking, you know Newt and violating Ethics!!!

The Hill reports that Romney’s campaign sent a press release wishing Gingrich a “happy anniversary” for the House decision to reprimand him, which happened on January 21, 1997.

Headlined “Happy 15th Anniversary, Mr. Speaker,” the release said, “Fifteen years ago today, Newt Gingrich became the first House speaker in American history to be reprimanded by his colleagues.”

December 6, 1995, anniversary of the ethics investigation into Republican presidential candidate and former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, that led to him being sanctioned and fined $300,000 for ethics violations by the House (first/only time that ever happened) and, eventually, run out of the speakership and later the House.

And then those of us in the GOP have to deal with Newt’s HYPOCRISY with attacking Clinton on his infidelity while he was CHEATING on Wife #2 with  an intern no less.

Look, I do not care if Clinton or Newt cheated on their wives, that is their business; but do you honestly think that Obama and his Chicago Thug Machine will let that rest? If ads with Newt’s Hypocrisy change only 100 voters to vote Democrat instead of Republican, then Obama has done his job – right?

There are a plethora of cartoons, editorials and pictures like this floating around in American. Do you really think that Obama well let this rest? The American society does not exactly have super intelligent people who vote, therefore hundreds if not thousands will either not vote or vote for Obama over Newt because of his hypocrisy and martial affairs. Those are the facts!

The title sums it up. I find it intriguing to listen to the media harp on Romney’s tax records right now when they know most do not release theirs until April – this is no secret. Why does he need to release them now?

The purpose is to do nothing more than deflect from what an utter failure Obama has been.

Like Newt’s failed marriages, Romney’s tax records are nothing more than Straw man!!!!

Divert, deflect and Hypocrisy – the three motto’s of the Democrat party!

I do, find it odd how Santorum is demanding Romney release his tax records and then state last night that he will not release his until he gets back home to actually do his taxes – what? Did you not already do your previous 10 yrs? Release one of those!

Or the oddity of Newt demanding Romney release his Tax Records when Newt himself was fined $300,000 for his ethics violation of his taxes in the 90′s; part of what forced him out of Congress in the late 90′s.

I personally do not care about their taxes as their tax records have nothing to do with JOBS, the ECONOMY or the out of control spending in Washington. It is that simple!

If they were busted for tax evasion, this would be one thing.

Again, fodder for the left to distract from what a failure Obama has been – nothing else!

Richard Rubin – husband of former Broward County Commissioner Diana Wasserman-Rubin, who still faces seven felony charges of her own — was sentenced this morning to ten months in federal prison.

Rubin had said in court that he and the wife faced financial burdens from damage done to their home by Hurricane Wilma and also owed on a loan he could not repay — which is why he attempted to cheat on his taxes a bit.

That also wasn’t too long after Rubin took in $1.1 million for writing grants for the town of Southwest Ranches — grants that were approved in part by the votes of his wife while she was a county commissioner.

Then, the probable-cause affidavit released last year contended, the couple was living quite lavishly — including spending money on artwork, cruises, vacations to Europe, and a $150,000 home repair project.

Rubin wasn’t charged with tax evasion until April of this year.

The State Attorney’s Office, however, charged Wasserman-Rubin last year with seven counts of felony unlawful compensation related to her votes for her husband’s grant-writing.

Rubin has until August 31 to report to his new home at a minimum-security prison.

PAGING Hypocrite Wassermann-Schultz: How about you tell YOUR DEMOCRATS to not only PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE, but how about just PAY THEIR TAXES PERIOD!!!

8 Arrested for Absentee Voter Fraud in Madison County, Florida

I am not sure how I missed this one, but here is one to add to the growing list of individuals arrested for actual voter fraud- meaning they voted more than once in an given election.

The NAACP is up in arms over the arrests saying the FBI is some how suppressing minority voters by arresting and charging minorities for actually illegally voting.

November 1, 2011 – 8 were arrested for absentee voter fraud in Madison County, Florida.

The case began when the Florida’s Division of Elections notified FDLE ad FBI that “an extraordinarily disproportionate amount of absentee votes,” had been cast in the District 1 school board race. The eight suspects were arrested on November 1, 2011.

Before I post the names of those arrested for voting more than once in an election, they are ALL registered Democrats:

• Tina Johnson was arrested on 10 counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, and two counts of absentee ballots and voting violations.

• Johnson Jr. was charged with 11 counts of fraud in connection with casting votes, as well as corruptly influencing voting, and perjury by false written declaration.

• Williams was charged with 17 counts of neglect of duty and corrupt practices for allowing the distribution of these absentee ballots.

The following Madison residents were each charged with one count of proving a false report to law enforcement as well addition charges as listed:
•    Shalonda Michaelle Brinson, 36,  nine counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote
•    Judy Ann Crumitie, 51, four counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote
•    Laverne V. Haynes, 57,  two counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, two counts of perjury by false written declaration
•    Ora Bell Rivers, 41, seven counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, three counts of perjury by false written declaration
•    Raven Simona Williams, 20, two counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, two counts of perjury by false written declaration

7 Democrats Arrested in New York for actual Voter Fraud via Absentee Ballots

4 Plead Guilty while the other 3 opt for a trial. The group forged signatures on applications for absentee ballots and on the ballots themselves in a 2009 primary of the Working Families Party, which was affiliated with now-defunct community group ACORN.

Voters whose signatures were forged expressed outrage to Fox. “I feel extremely violated,” said Brian Suozzo.

In November 2009, Democratic operative Anthony DeFiglio told New York State police investigators that faking absentee ballots was a commonplace and accepted practice in political circles, all intended to swing an election.

**It should be noted that the story below has still yet, as of November 25, 2011 to be aired on NBC, MSNBC or CNN……**

To hear NBC, MSNBC and CNN put it, voter fraud is “basically unfounded” in today’s society. That those who scream voter fraud, those said people are merely looking to “discredit” Democrats, or they go so far as to call them “racists”. Remember, the whole purpose of the MEDIA is to keep the citizens informed and the politicians “honest”. Lying about the OBVIOUS is neither keeping the citizens informed nor keeping the politicians “honest”. Likewise, calling those racists whom provide factual evidence that voter fraud occurs a lot more than the media leads on, only proves why NBC, MSNBC and CNN’s ratings are in the tank.

Irony, by its very definition is that of the media “keeping politicians honest” by “reporting the truth” when said media calls those who do report the truth as being racists and liars.

12 Democrats have been Charged in Georgia for Absentee Ballot Voter Fraud

Case in point: November 23, 2011 – 12 people have been charged in Georgia for voter fraud as they used absentee ballots to skew an in election in Georgia. The 12 people charged are ALL with the Democrat Party. The defendants include some workers in the voter registrar’s office and some school board members. They are Angela Bryant, April Proctor, Brenda Monds, Debra Denard, Lula Smart, Kechia Harrison, Robert Denard, Sandra Cody, Elizabeth Thomas, Linda Troutman, Latashia Head, and Nancy Denard.

The charges followed a bitter November 2010 school board election in Brooks County in which the final tally was changed by an unusually large wave of absentee ballots.

During the election, 1,060 absentee votes were cast out of the 1,403 ballots mailed out to people who requested them, according to a July 2010 report by WCTV.

That’s far higher than nearby Thomas County, which had 119 absentee votes cast out of 202 requests, and Lowndes County, which had 169 absentee votes cast out of 439 requests, said WCTV’s report.

We also need to look at the other actual voter fraud that yielded arrests, charges and convictions. Needless to say, ALL thus far have been via DEMOCRAT voters who voted MULTIPLE TIMES for Obama whereby even DNA evidence was acquired and used to convict on voter fraud so as to NOT allow the media to state that these charges and convictions were somehow “racist”.

NAACP Executive Sentence to 10 Years in Prison for Voting for Obama 10 Times in 2008

While NAACP President Benjamin Jealous lashed out at new state laws requiring photo ID for voting, an NAACP executive sits in prison, sentenced for carrying out a massive voter fraud scheme.

In April 2011, a Tunica County, Miss., jury convicted NAACP official Lessadolla Sowers on 10 counts of fraudulently casting absentee ballots.

Sowers received a five-year prison term for each of the 10 counts…..

“This crime cuts against the fabric of our free society,” Judge Webster said.

Sowers was found guilty of voting in the names of Carrie Collins, Walter Howard, Sheena Shelton, Alberta Pickett, Draper Cotton and Eddie Davis.

She was also convicted of voting in the names of four dead persons: James L. Young, Dora Price, Dorothy Harris, and David Ross.

In the trial, forensic scientist Bo Scales testified that Sowers’s DNA was found on the inner seals of five envelopes containing absentee ballots.

4 Wake County, North Carolina Democrats have Admitted to Voting for Obama TWICE Each in 2008

            FOUR Wake County, North Carolina, Democrats have admitted to voter fraud charges, according to local news reports.

            Kierra Fontae Leache, Shelia Romona Hodges and Brandon Earl Mclean each admitted to casting two ballots in recent elections. Local reports indicate all three voted for President Barack Obama twice in 2008.

            According to ABC News Channel 11 in Raleigh-Durham, authorities have placed the three on $10,000 bonds.

Illegal alien from the Philippines Arrested and Charged on 17 counts of Voter fraud in Lake County, Illinois

March 17, 2011:

LAKE COUNTY, Ill. – An illegal alien from the Philippines was  arrested Thursday morning on a felony complaint charging her with 17  counts related to voter fraud in Lake County. The state charges resulted

from a joint investigation conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs  Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Lake  County State’s Attorneys Office. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration  Services (USCIS) also provided assistance.

Maria Azada, 53, of Grayslake, Ill., was arrested March 17 by ICE HSI agents and a Lake County State’s Attorneys special investigator. Azada  faces 17 felony counts in Lake County Circuit Court of perjury,

mutilation of election materials, and tampering with voting machines in connection with illegal voting by a non-U.S. citizen.

The investigation began in February 2009 when Azada admitted to a USCIS officer during an interview for an immigration benefit that she  had voted in an election. It is illegal for foreign nationals to vote in national or state elections in the United States.

October 2011: A former state representative and prominent Democratic leader and  political consultant from Jennings County[Indiana], Mike Marshall, has been indicted on multiples counts of vote fraud, forgery and perjury, along  with Marshall’s son, Chris, and another local Democrat, John Cook. The  Columbus Republic has the story on the grand jury indictments just  returned against the men:

Three Jennings County residents face a combined 65 felony counts after being indicted by a grand jury on  charges of vote fraud, forgery and perjury.

Mike Marshall, a Democrat and president of North Vernon’s Utilities Service Board, faces 12 Class D felony counts of forgery, 13 Class D felony counts of perjury and 20 Class D felony counts of vote fraud, according to paperwork filed with the Jennings County clerk’s office.

Marshall’s son Chris Marshall faces one count each of forgery and perjury and nine counts of vote fraud.

John Cook, a Democrat and member of the Utilities Service Board, faces two counts of forgery, three counts of perjury and four counts of vote fraud.

The case stems from an absentee ballot filed in last year’s election [2010].

10/18/2011: Indiana Democratic Chairman Dan Parker on Monday evening confirmed the resignation of Butch Morgan, Democratic chairman for St. Joseph County and the Second Congressional District.

Fox News 12/12/11: The chairman of the St. Joseph County Democratic Party has resigned amid a scandal that reveals hundreds of signatures on petitions for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton to appear on the state’s 2008 primary ballot were faked.

Dan Parker, who served for seven years, did not cite the scandal as a reason for his decision. But the uproar over possible fraud in a race for the White Househas already claimed the job of one county Democratic Chairman, who sources say was forced out because of the allegations.

The alleged forgeries have raised the question whether the Obama campaign actually filed the necessary number of signatures, 500 from the county, to get on the state’s primary ballot. The 534 signatures that were certified to place Obama’s name in contention, were never challenged. 704 signatures were certified for Clinton, according to state elections officials. An estimated 150 of the signatures on both petitions may be fakes, leaving open the possibility that, in at least President Obama’s case, the number of legal signatures that were required to get on the ballot was not reached.

Several voters told Fox News that they never signed nor gave their names that appeared on the Obama petitions.

“It’s scary,” Charity Rorie said, adding that her signature and name, and those of her husband, were faked.

“It’s shocking … it’s definitely is illegal.”

December 2011: The most recent monthly U.S. Department of Agriculture statistics show that the number of food stamp recipients has topped 46 million, an increase of 65 percent since 2008.

October 2011: Obama and his Department of Agriculture’s award the state of Oregon $5 million for its high-performing food stamp program, for “boosting their food stamp rolls.”

According to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), 44,187,831 people were on food stamps at the beginning of February.

SNAP rolls up to the USDA and they sure do make neat graphs don’t they?  You know at least they’re graphing out in red, white & blue… SNAP should get together with the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).  The BLS publishes data on unemployment and inflation, among other things.  Maybe we could combine SNAP and the BLS into one agency called, S-C-R-E-W-E-D.
